Wanted to give this shop a try because reccomended to me and was cheaper. The people were nice. Shop is kinda odd but it’s new so I can’t really hold that against them. Came in for an alignment after I replaced my struts. $100 for a 4 wheel isn’t bad. They said I had some bad parts and they couldn’t complete my alignment but if I came back once they were replaced they would realign for free. Sounded good to me. I did the work myself and came back. After having it realigned, I drove off and my steering wheel was still crooked and it was still pulling. I took it to another shop to have it checked and this was the result. I’m not sure if they just didn’t do anything to ir or they aligned it by eye but this is unacceptable. I’m out $100 because I had to pay another shop to actually align it. Ridiculous. If I could charge back I would but they use Venmo without the goods and services protection.

Was there for 3 1/2 hrs just to get some tire sensors installed my wheels are a little wider and before they started working on them I asked if they felt confident on doing them and they said they can get it done. They ended up scratching one of my wheels pretty good and all they said to me “that’s what happens when you have aftermarket wheels” that’s why I asked before they started if they were confident and completely lied wouldn’t recommend anybody with aftermarket wheels to take them there.

They had reasonable prices. They used tires that I asked for had plenty of tread on them. And everybody was very friendly. What more can you ask for. I told the gentleman that I had my struts replaced recently and he said make sure that you get a alignment otherwise your tires will go back quickly.
